We require a deposit to schedule any surgery because of a high no-show rate among clients. There is a 48-hour cancellation notice to receive your deposit back. If canceled less than 48 hours before surgery, reschedule to use your deposit for another day, or we require a reasonable cause to refund the deposit.

• Regular spays/neuters, dentals, mass removals, etc: $50 deposit will go towards the final bill for the surgery.
• HOPE: Pay the full price of the surgery on the day of the scheduled surgery.

• Voucher spays/neuters and Pitty Sake spays/neuters: $50 deposit, can go towards any other services needed the day of surgery, or can be refunded the day of surgery. This is the only type of surgery deposit that we can refund due to the program for the surgery
